STREET: Aveiro.  Located at 1270 metres above sea level, in an exceptional area for fine grape and walnut production, in the foothills of the Andes.  8 kms from the charming center of Tupungato on paved roads.

CANAL IRRIGATION: First class rights for 6885 m2 which is sufficient to irrigate the whole property using a reservoir with filtration system and pumping system.  The crops are irrigated with a modern drip irrigation system and the landscaped areas with a sprinkler system.  The water is pure snow melt from the Andes.

CROPS: A 2.2 Ha (approx.) Walnut orchard (Chandler) with drip irrigation.  The walnut trees are productive but will reach their full potential within approximately another 2 harvests. Chandler are the most expensive walnuts produced in Mendoza and they are amongst the highest quality produced worldwide.   There are numerous diverse fruit trees around the estate, as well as a herb and vegetable garden.
